Grand Junction Hospitals, Health Care
Grand Junction is fortunate to have 2 established and growing hospitals within its boundaries.
St. Mary’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center includes as some of its specialties heart and pulmonary procedures as well as joint replacements and cancer treatment. It currently has 324 beds and finished a major expansion just a few short years ago.
Community Hospital moved into its brand new facilities in 2016 located in the growing north area. The hospital has for years included most orthopedic procedures, but has recently added cancer treatment in conjunction with the renowned Huntsman Cancer Institute and labor & delivery services.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans was started and has its headquarters here.
